Welcome to our website!
The Blackdown Social Group is a social group for gay men in Devon, South & West Somerset and West Dorset. We usually meet for a drink and a chat on the first Saturday at different venues in the area, additionally coffee mornings and afternoon teas are arranged throughout the year. Also from time to time members organise other activities such as walking etc... At Christmas it is usual for us to hold the Group Christmas Dinner at a restaurant in the area.
The Group has some 50 members at present, covering a wide age range. Although we started in the Blackdown Hills area of East Devon and South Somerset, there are now members from a much wider area, from Torbay and Exeter in the west to Lyme Regis in the east.
